RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN UNEMPLOYMENT AND CONVENTION OF PROTECTION OF THE COUNTRY: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICE

Entering the 21st century, Unemployment has become a problem and appears in almost every country. The consequences of unemployment always cause far-reaching impacts on all industries and fields and are difficult to predict. On the basis of applying the organic relationship between economic development and defense-security consolidation, the author hypotheses about the interaction relationship between unemployment and the sense of national defense in order to understand the dangers of impacts on the aspect of national defense and security in the current context. The author conducts verification through the method of analyzing the philosophical viewpoints and practical studies of the expression of the relationship. Research results show that unemployment creates many obstacles to the process of forming an individual's sense of national defense. At the same time, an individual's sense of national defenses will be degraded, disoriented when falling into unemployment and acts of defending the Fatherland against the interests of society also appear.

APPLICATION OF BASEL II TREATMENT TO THE RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE BANKS IN THE SYSTEM VIETINBANK DONG NAI

This study is intended to discuss risk management and its importance to the fundamental operations of Vietinbank in Dong Nai, and whether the Basel II Accords have any significance to the severity. recession by creating capital shortages at banks at Vietinbank in Dong Nai and in general. The questionnaire was answered by key risk managers in branches of Vietin Dong Nai bank.

The questions consist of three main parts with a total of 42 questions.

The first part: 12 questions and focuses on the assessments obtained about the importance and effectiveness of the 5 key risk management techniques.

The second part : 28 questions and was used to answer 4 questions: the level of understanding and implementation of risk management, the most effective tools and techniques banks are using to manage risk, open to managers who are aware of risks related to operations and objectives, and the Basel II Agreement supports or hinders risk management among banks in Vietinbank. It is based on a Likert scale (5 levels) for each individual indicator.

Part three: two qualitative open-ended questions designed to obtain subjective information about their specific understanding of risk and risk management, as well as clarify answers to the quantitative questions. Based on the analysis results in this study, the author draws conclusions and proposes solutions for the research object which are banks in the Vietinbank Dong Nai banking system

THE ROLE OF TRUST IN CUSTOMERS' DECISION TO USE E-BANKING IN VIETNAM

In the context that online shopping is becoming more and more popular, the trend of using e-banking to approach e-commerce is getting more and more attention and focus. This opens a new research direction on how to promote and encourage consumers to use e-banking to shop online. In particular, the issue of customer trust is being pointed out as one of the very important issues for customers in Vietnam. The study was carried out in an attempt to determine how to measure the concept of trust, clarifying the role of trust in the acceptance of using e-banking in online shopping. From there, the author proposes some managerial implications to improve customers' decision to use e-banking for online shopping in Vietnam.

ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS STUDY CHALLENGE CHALLENGES FOR VIETNAM CASHEW EXPORT MARKET – A STUDY AT PLEIKU

contribution to the Vietnamese economy. One of those items is cashew nuts. This
research aims to analyze cashew competitiveness in the international market to identify
factors affecting cashew's competitiveness and develop a strategy to improve cashew
competitiveness. The research method used is SWOT. The results show that the value
shows that Vietnam's cashew nuts have advantages and disadvantages, but Vietnam is
still the largest exporter in the world because it is always in the top 3 comparing data with
the world when see the value and market share of Vietnam cashew nuts based on the
quantity of output and the monetary value converted due to different market prices each
year

THE REALITY OF LIVING PEOPLE IN URBAN CAN THO CENTURY XX THROUGH AN HA NEWSPAPER

beginning of the twentieth century. An Ha Newspaper was founded by patriotic intellectuals who
wanted to reform the country through business and trade, and to raise people's intellectual
standards. Therefore, An Ha newspaper plays an important position in the struggle and raising
the intellectual level by the legal form of colonial people to the ruling government through the
“freedom” of speech, dissemination, and distribution. Artistic literature medal in Can Tho in
particular and the Southwest region in general. The article shows the realistic features of the
economic, cultural, and spiritual life of people in Can Tho urban area in the first half of the
twentieth century through the news in An Ha newspaper.

SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF ODA MANAGEMENT IN VIETNAM

COMPETENCIES IN EFFECTIVE LEARNING UNDER COVID-19 PANDEMIC - A CASE STUDY FOR COLLEGE FRESHMEN AT BINH DUONG UNIVERSITY

The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly affected every aspect of society, especially the education industry worldwide. Responding to the pandemic, Vietnamese universities have applied online classes via applications such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom. However, to improve the efficiency in the learning process, each student, especially college freshman, needs to equip themselves with the study skills under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors surveyed the opinions of freshmen from Binh Duong University on online classes and learning competencies under the pandemic. Based on the results, the authors list the main difficulties in online learning of college freshmen and assess the importance of learning skills: Self-study skills, Choosing a study location and environment, Taking notes, Time Management and Teamwork. The article also presents some helpful learning methods and suggests their application to improve the efficiency of online learning

INFLUENTIAL FACTORS AFFECTING THE DEPTH OF EXCAVATED TRENCH IN UNSATURATED SOILS DUE TO NONLINEAR SUCTION DISTRIBUTION

Depth of an excavated trench plays a vital role on stability as well as economic efficency of an open trench. As design and analysis excavation construction method, selection of an appropriate excavated depth value of a trench without support structures is necessary. In practice, excavated trench is usually located above ground water table or under unsaturated soil condition. Therefore, the depth of unsupported trench is significantly affected by unsaturated soil properties, especially suction distribution and physical properties of soil as well. To date, there have been a few theories and research works reported on the method of determining a suitable depth of a trench under unsaturated condition. However, previous works tend to assume that the distribution of soil suction is either constant or linear with depth; as a result of this assumption, the designed results are often overestimated compared to practical results. In this paper, the effect of nonlinear distribution of suction was taken into account to propose an equation to estimate the depth of an excavated trench without support structures. Eventually, an example of numerical computation was executed to figure out the factors that affect the depth of excavated trend considering non linear suction distribution of unsaturated soils.

EFFECT OF BLASTING ON STRESS STATE IN THE ROCK AROUND THE TUNNEL

Build tunnel in hard rock, usually using the drill-blasting method to break the tunnel stone. After blasting and shoveling, the gaps will receive gaps within the boundaries as required by the design. The rock mass surrounding the tunnel outside the boundary is not destroyed, but the crack is generated, the Stick force C and the frictional internal angle φ of the rock mass decreases, so that the strength of the rock decreases as compared to before the explosion mine. The level of rock durability is dependent on the blasting technology. This article examines the change of rock deformation due to blasting, which examines the impact of blasting on the stresses in the rock around the tunnel.
